Don't like who I am.....dial 1-800-Eat-Shit....

I have been in SL for almost two years now, and I have a great number of friends. I like to think that I am courteous and kind to each one of them. There are time that my RL personality comes thru with me being brash, but it's never done out of anger or meanness. I don't have time to make enemies in SL, and besides I think that people who are looking for that are complete chodes.

As most of you know, I work at a club in SL. My principal job is that of a dancer, and I do a GREAT job making EVERYONE feel welcome. I am always friendly to everyone who comes into the club, and it's the place where I have met most of my dear friends.

But what happens when someone comes into the club, and tries to tell you that your not this nice person? What happens when you have put so much time and effort into extending a welcome hand, just to have it slapped away. This is what happens.......

VIP: quite a pitty as u seems to be a nice person. but, its your choose. so take care

Abfab Hax: No, it's not a pitty. See....I am a nice person. And each time I see you, I am nice and cordial to you. So, actually it's not my choice, it's yours. I am not going to be made to feel bad for being a nice person.

Abfab Hax: So....I have an idea. You need to realize when people are nice to you, and stop making it out to be more than what it is ok?

Abfab Hax: The way I see it, I have taken time out of my day to say hello and such. If you cannot appreciate that, then that is your problem not mine.

If your a person who has a problem with me saying "Hello"......don't talk to me.
If your a person who has a problem with me asking "How are you doing?".....don't talk to me
If your a person who cannot stand someone being nice to you.......then don't talk to me.

I have better things to do with my time at work, then waste my time on you.

What the hell is happening?

What the hell is happening in SL this week? I swear to God that this week I have known of more friends of mine taking on alts in order to "escape". Escape from who?

I wanted into a club this week, just hanging around and within a few minute I recieve this random "hi" from a stranger. Me being the semi-nice person I am....I replied with a "hello". Nothing more was said and as I was scanning the room......I noticed the tag above this strangers head read "Nothing Special". Ok, I have a friend who has the same tag.....so I did the profile check. The strangers profile is identical to my friends. So I proceeded to Im him back and question him about it, and low and behold it is my friend....but using an Alt. I had to ask him the question "Why the Alt?" His response was "I use this to escape from people"........

Escape from people? Who? What the fuck happened in the past that warrant you needing a alt to "hide" from some nutty ass person? Also, if your going to escape and hide....maybe, it would be good to NOT have the exact same profile information? Ding-Ding here!!

I also friended another person in SL this week. His name is "jim" and he seems like a nice guy. He is friends with a girl, that is dating one of my other male friend. My male friend IM's each day with a "hello, how's it going"....which is always nice, and I make small talk with him. Today something odd happened. "Jim" was talking to me about his female friend and how he is worried that her partner (my male friend) is true to her, cause he has two other females on this profile. Specifically two girls that I work with. I have always wondered about my male friend and his intentions pertaining to talking to me, cause his profile reads "I love Drama". Well....I don't. So....now I am thinking that maybe my male friend is actually "Jim" and is now just trying to start some shit. I don't play games. I am still going to see how this one plays out. The conversation was off and it made a light bulb pop up in my head.
